Terms & Conditions (self catering accommodation)

In the event of a cancellation you will be liable to pay the balance of the total amount due if it is not possible to re-let the accommodation. You are strongly advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality (We will send you a proposal form with a receipt for your deposit).

The proprietors shall not be liable to you or any other member of your party for any loss or damage to your property however caused.

The accommodation is designed and equipped for family type holidays. It will not accommodate more than the stated number of beds. Only persons stated on the booking form are allowed to sleep in the accommodation.

We shall do all that we can to ensure the accommodation is clean and comfortable for your arrival and it will be appreciated if you will try to leave it as you find it.

Proprietors reserve the right to enter the property if necessary during your stay.

Pets must not be allowed in bedrooms and must be provided with their own bedding. They must be kept under control at all times and not left unattended in the property. Pets are only accepted by prior arrangement.

To allow time for the accommodation to be prepared for incoming guests, we ask that it should be vacated by 10.00 am on the morning of departure, incoming guests are not expected to arrive before 3.00 pm.
